Latitude 37 Phase 2 is a new development in the robust San Jose new home and rental market, both of which are experiencing continued growth. The project will consist of 86 condominium homes and will be completed in 2017. The building features four- and five-story wood framed construction over a 106-space subterranean garage. The 86-units will be built on a 1.45-acre lot and will range from approximately 535 square feet for the one-bedroom units to 1,194 square feet for the three-bedroom units, with the majority of units in a two-story loft configuration. Latitude 37 is located within the Willow Glen area of San Jose, near the intersection of Curtner and Almaden Expressway. Downtown Willow Glen is known for its small-town feel with tree-lined streets, sidewalk cafes, coffee shops, boutiques, farmer’s market, and seasonal neighborhood events. The project is within walking distance of the Curtner light rail station served by VTA’s Alum Rock-Santa Teresa line, providing easy commuter access to downtown San Jose, and direct access to the line’s three transfer stations.
