Belmont Park is a historic oceanfront site located in the Mission Bay area of San Diego, Ca. The site was developed by sugar magnate John D. Spreckels in 1925.
The attractions and rides that remain from the original 1925 project include the wooden roller coaster Giant Dipper and the indoor swimming pool The Plunge — both historically protected rides.
With a variety of rides and games within the site and the entire west side of the subject property fronts the beach. Belmont Park is a landmark coastal property along one of the world’s most famous and popular beaches.
Enjoy unparalleled oceanfront views, delicious gourmet meals, incredibly fun rides, and a relaxing time with family.
Belmont Park is located on the Mission Bay peninsula, a narrow strip of land separating the Pacific Ocean from Mission Bay, and attracts nearly 2.5 million visitors a year.
