Dario De Luca

Founder & Manager

Dario De Luca is Co-Founder and President of Pacifica Enterprises Investments. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. De Luca plays a critical role in overseeing the companies’ acquisitions, development, and investor relations. Additionally, Dario has developed strategic relationships with international property developers and currently sits as President of Emaar America Corporation for Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC.

ROBERT COLUCCI

Founder & Manager

Robert Colucci is Co-Founder and CEO of Pacifica Enterprises Investments. He leads the overall development and strategic planning for the company. Robert started his career in real estate in the late 1980’s supervising the construction of single-family homes. He later became CFO of CBC investments focusing primarily on debt restructuring and REOs. Robert later partnered with co-founder Dario De Luca to form PEI using his expertise in distressed assets to expand their overall portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Colucci oversees the acquisition of industry specific business ventures that compliment PEI’s real estate focused portfolio. Mr. Colucci is heavily involved with various philanthropic ventures including Pequeno Eden, a self-sustainable orphanage in Baja California.

Pino Vitti

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Pino is responsible for financial reporting, investments analysis, income and estate tax planning, and payroll, risk management and insurance, investor relations, strategic planning, and capital markets analysis; Pino is backed by 15 years of hands-on experience in management, business relations with financial institutions, attorneys, and CPAs. He received his degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is married with five children.

Matthew Reibert

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Matthew is involved in all aspects of PEIs operations. He is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the company while implementing best practices. Prior to his current role, Matthew held several positions in the company overseeing many aspects including financing, investor relations and asset management. Additionally, Matthew spent two years helping build a flexing workplace startup CommonGrounds Workplace where he was responsible for the FP&A department and company growth. Matthew is a graduate of the University of San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Nicolas Biancamano

Chief Investment Officer

Nicolas joined the team in 2008 as Director of Acquisitions. He has transacted $1.5 billion in commercial real estate and private equity. Prior to his undertakings in real estate, Nicolas was a brand manager at Danone in Canada. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montréal and an M.S. in Real Estate from University of San Diego. He’s an adjunct professor of finance and real estate at USD, and a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Associate for Corporate Growth and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

General Counsel

A magna cum laude graduate from Southwestern Law School and a Notes & Comments Editor of the Southwestern Law Review, Aron represents PE Management Group Inc. and its affiliates in real estate, employment, and business matters, including entity formation, financing/negotiating/closing, secured loan transactions, complex litigation, and the acquisition and disposition of multi-million dollar projects. Aron is the recipient of six CALI Awards, a Witkin Award, and the Judge Barry Russell Federal Bar Association Award for Excellence in the Field of Federal Practice, and has a degree in Economics from Yeshiva University in NY. Aron received rabbinic ordination, was a tank driver in the IDF, and has four beautiful children.
